Last month I bought couple sets of these decals from Nisha (Nail Fiesta-FB), you can also got to this website www.nailfiesta.com. First time using water decal, I found that it more easier and less messiness than stamping art such as Konad or Bundle Monster. Recently, there's a contest for this water decal by Nail Fiesta.
